Counting back to your re-entry day
The Schengen 90/180 rule is a rolling window, so your allowance refills one day at a time. Once your past presence in the last 180 days falls below 90, you can return. Need to check a current stay instead? Use the main 90/180 calculator.
Frequently asked questions
How is my re-entry date calculated?
We find the first day on which your 180-day window has dropped below 90 days, so entering again keeps you compliant. Because your oldest days roll off one at a time, the calculator returns the earliest date you can legally cross back in.
If I used all 90 days, how long until I can go back?
After a single continuous 90-day stay, your earliest re-entry is exactly 180 days after your original entry date - the day your first day rolls out of the window. The calculator pinpoints it from your actual dates.
Will I get the full 90 days again when I return?
Not always immediately. You regain days gradually as old days expire, so your first re-entry may allow a shorter stay that grows over the following weeks. The result shows exactly how many days you would have on the earliest date.
